A sparkling wine from Denominación de Origen. Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel. lo are the most popular and traditional grapes for producing cava. Cava may be white or rose. Its tastes are similar to champagne, but champagne comes solely from the region of France. It is said to be a little drier and less sweet than Prosecco.
Tinto De Verano / Summer Red
Tinto de Verano has become a very popular drink the summer time as its tastes are similar to sangria. It’s a cold wine that consists of red wine and lemon or regular soda. It’s then garnished with lemon. You will often see this drink down by the beaches and street festivals.
Leche de Pantera
Is an older drink in Barcelona, Spain that consists of milk and gin. It was served at bars and inns after a meal or refresher. Traditionally it is served cold and or over ice. Some other varieties include cinnamon and egg whites.
