Barcelona has plenty of vegetarian and bio options for those who care about their health and so they follow a specific diet. You can cook in your Barcelona holiday apartment or go out to a special restaurant. Keep reading and find out all the possibilities you have in Barcelona in this sense:
“Veritas” and “FresCo” are the names of two restaurant chains in Barcelona. Both of them offer a rich list of delicious and quality dishes. “Veritas” is focused on the ecologic food, while “FresCo” has fresh, traditional and natural ingredients and offer a great variety of salads, rice and pasta components, that you can take in a self-service way. “FresCo” has a buffet system (so does “Veritas”) in which you can eat pizza, hot pasta, meat and deserts, and repeat as many times as you want! It is really well worth.
Other vegetarian buffets are “Organic” (de la Junta de Comerç Street, 11) , “Self Naturista” (Santa Anna Street, 11-17) or “El Buffet Verd” (Roger de Llúria Street, 134, Eixample).
Another ecologic restaurant in Barcelona is “Hàbaluc” (Enric Granados Street, 41): it has fish, meat and ecologic vegetarian options. For an original site, which is perfect if you don’t have much time, go to “Foodball” (Elisabets Street, 9, El Raval): literally, the food is served in a ball shape, and you can choose which combination you prefer for you fast meal. The place’s design is also unique, so don’t miss to visit it!
If you are also into the other cultures’ gastronomy, you must try “Maoz”, a chain of “falafel” food: delicious! There are “Maoz” sites in the centre: Las Ramblas, Sant Jaume Street and Ferran Street.
And, as we have already said, you can also prepare your salads or vegetables in your luxury flat to rent in Barcelona. Booking luxury and rent top apartments in Barcelona don’t mean that you can’t enjoy a home-made meal with your travel companions. Enjoy your Barcelona flat during your days in the city, keeping following your personal food diet.

To the fine author of this great article!
Does Foodball still exist? I tried calling the restaurant but the number has been disconnected. When was the last time you visited there? Fingers crossed it still exists, but it not I’ll definitely try out some of your other suggestions!
Sorry, This restaurant is closed now. When We’ve wrote the article, the restaurant was open…
