Lots of children around the world wait for the 5th of January with illusion. That evening, the three kings of Orient visit their cities after a long, long journey crossing the planet. As they are magic, they can be everywhere at the same time to let all the kids, receive them simultaneity.
This is why travelling abroad during these dates can be a very good chance for the whole family, to live this tradition in another country. Moving to Madrid, for example, will surely make a difference in this years’ Christmas. Oh! And obviously, there will be presents for everyone.
The 2012 Kings’ Night in Madrid will start at 18.30h at Nuevos Ministerios. Then, the route will pass by the San Juan de la Cruz Square, the Doctor Marañón Square, Glorieta de Emilio Castelar, Colón Square, Recoletos Walk, Cibeles Square and the end at CentroCentro and Cibeles Palace, set of the Madrid’s City Hall.
According to the expected programme, at 20.45h there will be the 3 Magi’s speech, addressed to the thousands of children who will have accompanied them in their ride. Then, to finish the celebration, amazing fireworks will dance in the sky with the music of the first movement of the Toys Symphony, by Leopold Mozart.
Once it finishes, all the families will have to come back home. For those who will be in holidays, the best option when travelling with kids is renting a luxury apartment in Madrid. This way, they have freedom, privacy, and they can feel like being at home. After a magic night in the top rent apartment in Madrid, the 6th of January’s morning will get up full of wishes and surprises…full of happiness and presents!
By then, however, the three kings will already have started their journey back home, to rest and prepare all the presents, for their next year’s visit.
