The exact price of each apartment may be calculated directly online on each apartment page. Enter the correct check-in and check-out dates and number of guests using the pull-down menu and click calculate. The price shown includes final cleaning fee, all taxes, special discounts, and holiday surcharges.

Price calculations are based on the number of nights and number of guests. Each apartments has its capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for more guests than indicated without previous agreement with Rent Top Apartments S.L. Prices include all taxes.

To book an apartment online, simply select the dates of your check-in and check-out by clicking on the pop-up calendars and the number of sleeps (guests staying in the accommodation requiring a bed). Press on \"calculate\" to confirm dates, number of guests and total cost. Click \"Book\" to begin the payment process. After entering you personal information, the button \"Next\" will take you to a new page, reviewing the payment details and Euro amount to be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Click \"Send\" to be taken to a secure banking website to complete you payment details. Upon payment confirmation (within 24 hours), a reservation confirmation will be sent to you by email, providing a booking ID number, exact address, and detailed arrival instructions.
To book an apartment by phone, simply call our office at +34 932955916 with your booking details (apartment name / reference number, dates of your check-in and check-out, number of sleeps, and credit card information). Our general office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 8pm. We speak English, French, Italian, and Spanish. If a Rent Top Apartments S. To book an apartment we ask for 25% of the apartment cost to be paid. You can pay by credit card at your convenience online, by bank transfer, by pay pal, by fax or over the phone.
To confirm your reservation, the booking payment may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. We also accept PayPal (secure international online payment method) and in some cases, may accept Western Union and bank transfers. Yes! Online credit card payments are a safe and secure method to confirm your reservation. Credit card payments are directed to a secure banking website where payment is completed and your credit card details kept private. Rent Top Apartments S. L. is a member of the Official Association of Tourist Apartments in Barcelona. We are a solid, established, professional, and well-known company.
Booking confirmations are automatically sent by email once the payment has been confirmed. This should occur within a 24 hour after receiving the payment. If after 24 hours you have not yet received your booking confirmation, please contact a Rent Top Apartments S. The remaining 75% of the apartment cost and security damage deposit are payable in cash at the check in. If you do not have the remaining balance with you, you won\'t be allowed to stay in the apartment.
As a guarantee that the apartment and all its contents will be returned in the same condition as found at the check in, we ask for the security damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number. The damage deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card and will be entirely refunded the same way: in cash at the check-out or to the same credit card used for the payment up to 7 days after the check out date, if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing.
To request an invoice for your booking payment, please write in the comments section during your online booking process, requesting the invoice and providing the full details to be included. You may also reply to the booking confirmation sent to you by email, requesting an invoice. Please note, that Rent Top Apartments S. L. may generate invoices for all booking payments received online; however, payments given to the owner/property manager are his or her direct responsibility. Cancellation requests are subjected to the following penalties: For cancellation notification of 60 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the booking payment (that is, 50% of the required 25% reservation deposit) will be refunded to the client. For cancellation notification of 59 days and less before the beginning of the rental period, 0% of the total booking payment will be refunded to the client.
When you arrive at the apartment, we will provide you with keys for entry, a walk-through of the apartment, instructions for appliance use, explanation of the neighborhood, public transport, nearest super markets, garbage disposal, recommended restaurants and bars, and a contract to sign. Please be sure to bring your passport and the same credit card used to confirm your reservation.
We ask that you call the check-in agent (phone number is provided in the booking confirmation) after you pick up your luggage and before taking taking a taxi, so that we know you have arrived on time. Your check-in contact agent will be meet you in front of the apartment building and will provide you with keys for entry, a walk-through of the apartment, instructions for appliance use, explanation of the neighborhood, public transport, nearest super markets, garbage disposal, recommended restaurants and bars, etc.
Check-in to the apartments starts from 15hrs Check-out from the apartments is until 11hrs We will attempt to accommodate all necessary arrival times. In order to do so, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible with your flight or train information. We ask that you call our office from the airport, after collecting your luggage and before making your way to the apartment. This way we know whether you have arrived on time or not, as often times planes, trains, and automobiles are delayed or rescheduled. We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this is dependant upon previous/following bookings. Please note that there is a 30 eur surcharge for check ins earlier than 15:00 and between 21:00 and 24:00; check ins after 24:00 incur a 60 eur surcharge. A late check out (after 11hrs) can be arranged upon agreement if the apartment is available with a surcharge of 90 eur.
During the check-in process, we ask that you sign a basic contract protecting both you and the property owner which confirms full payment received and explains in detail the apartment rules and terms of usage as well as defines the conditions to return your security deposit.
The easiest and quickest way to reach the apartment is by taxi. It takes about 20-30 min. and the cost is around 25-35€, depending on the location of the apartment you booked. Other ways to reach the city centre are by train or bus that leaves you at or near Plaza Catalunya. The cost is between 2-5 eur. • BUS - Every 20 min. there is a bus departing to the city centre (Catalunya Square) • TRAIN – A train is departing every 30 min. and has a stop at Paseo de Gracia, where you can take the underground, a bus or a taxi.
Please notify as soon as possible your check-in agent for apartment items you find damaged or in need or repair, during your stay so that we may promptly resolve the problem. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.
The check-out procedure and apartment review may take around 20 minutes. We will meet you at the apartment to collect the keys and to return your security deposit if the apartment is in good condition (as it was at the check-in) and no items are missing or damaged.

We always try to be flexible with the check-in and check-out hours. In the event that we should have a check-in / check-out on the same day, we would need to apply the normal hours listed on our website. If these cannot be met, you may always leave your luggage locked in the apartment\'s private storage area (when available), or on week days during our working hours you can leave it in our office in Diagonal Mar while you walk around town and enjoy something to eat. Final cleaning fee that we charge to all our clients is the fee for cleaning the apartment when you leave. The same way we cleaned it after the guests that stayed in the apartment before you.
The apartments are cleaned between two different stays. We clean the apartment before you enter and when you leave. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. Extra cleaning service during you stay can be arranged at additional cost.
Yes, we will gladly arrange for your apartment to be cleaned any day you would like: the cost is 55 eur (including cleaning and change of towels and linen), minimum two to four hours. Please enquiry at info@renttopapartments.com with your booking ID number. *Prices are subject to change depending on apartment and availability.
Yes, we will gladly arrange taxi pick-up service from the airport and from the apartment. Please inform the office or your check-in agent of your desired time and location and we will arrange the taxi pick-up.
All utility costs are included in the rental fee of the apartments, i.e. gas, water and electricity. However, we request that our customers be aware of their energy consumption and the environment. There is an average consumption allocated to each apartment and should there be excessive usage, especially with regards to electricity, we will need to recover these costs at check out. We will therefore take a reading of the electricity meter at check in and again at check out to ensure that the consumption has been within normal usage. Rent Top Apartments will charge an additional fee is this normal usage is not met by the clients. For this reason we recommend that you turn off all electrical appliances and lights when you are not in the property and that you do not have windows open when heating or cooling systems are in use.
