Description
We guarantee that you will not find a similar apartment in Barcelona. Located literally at the central square Plaza Cataluña, the two bedroom apartment has a fantastic terrace with unique city views.
This duplex has 2 spacious bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 twin which can be made into a double on request), 2 complete bathrooms (1 is en-suite off the master bedroom), new kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware.
The interior is stylish with a splash of vivid colour to compliment the sleek neutral tones in the kitchen and bathroom. Windows are double glazed and a tranquil environment is created within. The floors are hardwood throughout and the floor to ceiling sliding door in the living room ensures that plenty of natural light enters the living space.
The apartment is fully equipped with hot/cool AC, safety deposit box, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and WiFi internet connection. Towels and bedlinen are provided for each guest.
The Area
The building itself has been remodeled and renovated, but has maintained its original façade. It is just across the street from El Corte Inglés department store and 5 minutes across the square from Las Ramblas. Probably the most emblematic street in the Barcelona, Las Ramblas cuts through the old medieval city. You can explore Gothic quarter and the multicultural and diverse Raval district by wandering off the Ramblas onto the small streets.
Walking further uptown you will come to Passeig de Gracia, home to some of Gaudi´s most iconic architectural works and various designer shops.
For those points further afield, you can take metro (station: Catalunya), train, bus or taxis, all very accessible from this central location.
The general area is commercial, and finding a luxury apartment here is almost impossible. If you want to get a true taste of Barcelona, you cannot make a better choice.

After a slight mix-up with the reservation, we were relocated to this wonderful flat. The staff were great and quick in solving the misunderstanding. This flat is very nice, spacious with a massive roof terrace, well equiped and located right in the centre. All nice bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
