Rafael and the man at the desk in the entrance were very kind and helpful at any time! Terrific view from 8th floor over 200 degree of Barcelona (from Tibidabo to Barceloneta). Very central location, plenty of Restaurants and shops around, Plaza Catalunya and City Tour Buses at your feet. Even direct Bus to Castelldefels / beaches around the corner. "Ciudad Condal" Tapas Bar just one block away. Roomy and sunny terrace! We loved the constant metropolitan sound of the city in the background!

Nothing really serious. The shower was leaking a bit from underneath, one chair was slightly damaged, that´s all.

A fantastic modern apartment in an old beautiful prestigious baroque old building. This apartment is fabulous as the staff was very helpful and very kind : Jordi & Rafa. Easy to got the keys as i called from the airport and meet directly Rafa at the frontdoor of the building. Top apartment, everything's perfect from the big bedroom with 2 windows, Safetybox, from the big bathroom that is splendid with it's Italian shower, the kitchen is great with induction cooking system and all is brand new as the big fridge, washing machine, dryer, etc. The living room is nice and minimalist as all the flat with a comfortable sofa in front a big flat screen TV Samsung with a DVD player, Sat system. There are 2 Airconditionings that make cool or heat : 1 in the beedroom, 1 in the living room and well positionned. The top of the top is the large terrace 30 square meters with a nice table for 4 people and 2 sunbeds. There are 2 electric panels that can protect you from the sun. And the VIEW !!! That is amazing : you can see the sea ! Yes ! And of course The Rambla and a 180° view. There are some little lights incrusted in the floor's wood that make a very romantic atmosphere at night. I think it is the best flat from the whole building as it is at the top floor : 8 ! With an elevator of course. It is very high and you can see a lot of Barcelona city and that it is fabulous and unique because it is also quiet as it is in a middle of a street that come on Plaça Catalunya. Also the free Wi-Fi has a very good signal and double glass windows for the quietness. All was perfect and big thanks to Jordi that keeps well the security at the entrance of the building in day time and to Rafa that take care of my arrival and departure with a very good mood and kindness, very professional ! I really recommend Rent Top apartments and the staff.

We booked through booking.com that is why the website is rated neutral at 5. A microwave was nice, as well as a tea pot. The welcome pack (coffee, jam, mini-toasts, milk, orange juice, water) was much appreciated! The concierge (Jordi ) and the check-in agent (Sergi) were very nice and welcoming. We are looking forward to coming back asap.
