This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests making it ideal for families or groups. This is a 4 bedroom apartment; 1 master en suite with double bed and the other bedrooms with two twin beds in each. Every room connects to a large private terrace accessible throughout the whole apartment. There are 2 full marble bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable double sofa-bed.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.
The apartment is situated in an exclusive complex with a swimming pool and 24 hour security. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the Gothic quarter of the city just a few stops away by direct metro line. The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping center Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olímpic district with the Casino and much of Barcelona´s nightlife. The International Convention Centre CCIB and Parc del Forum, home place for many of the city´s major music festivals and corporate events is few hundred meters away.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).
Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.
HOUSE RULES:
Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.
Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.
The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in economic penalties and/or the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.
Public parking available upon request for 20€ per night.
Swimming pool is open only during summer season.
Electric scooters available in the apartment.
Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
