This apartment boasts one double bedroom, and other two rooms with two twin beds in each; and 2 complete bathrooms. The living room has one comfortable double sofa-bed. It also has a private terrace with a dining area.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.
A two-minute walk will take you to the CCIB Convention Center, while you are just a few hundred meters from the shore. The building is residential (and quiet) and is situated in the Diagonal Mar area. In just 10 minutes you can reach the heart of Barcelona by taxi and experience the old city and all the historical sights Barcelona has to offer. If you are interested in shopping, the Diagonal Mar Shopping Center (just 2 city blocks away) has everything from local brands to international designer products.
The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the Gothic quarter of the city just a few stops away by direct metro line. The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping center Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olímpic district with the Casino and much of Barcelona´s nightlife.
The International Convention Centre CCIB and Parc del Forum, home place for many of the city´s major music festivals and corporate events is few hundred meters away.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).
Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.
HOUSE RULES:
Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.
Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.
The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in economic penalties and/or the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old or over are accepted.
Public parking available upon request for 20€ per night
Electric scooters available in the apartment.
Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
