Loved the apartment, Eric was such a nice guy and was a traveller and was super chatty and helpful. Apartment was stunning with lovely views and a really nice Bar a door away. Perfect location and such a quality apartment and stay. Everything I needed was on the 1 street I stayed on. Night view of the inside court yard was pretty nice to. Oh and the guy who sits on the front door loves his KFC, I bought him a few bags and a hot chocolate and he is super cool to. All very professional. Big thank you again.

Negative:

Its the same with every apartment, there is minimal cleaning utilities, such as a sweeping brush. I had to leave the apartment in a bit of a mess (not to bad) as I woke up late but that's a big apology from me really. But stuff like that would be handy.

Positive:

The apartment is situated in the centre of the city but because it is not facing the street-side most of the noises at night are not disturbingly high, I guess this would have been different if we stayed on the other side. The apartment is clean, tidy, everything you need is there. All restaurants and shops, La Rambla and the port are within walking distance. It is suitable for a family with 2 children..but good luck for the ones who have to sleep on the couch!

Negative:

The sleeping couch in the apartment is incredibly bad. Its very squeaky and way too soft causing me to have backpain in the mornings. The parkinglot is very close but we had quite some problems with the card Saba Parking gave us. We had a couple of times trouble getting out because the card was either not registered or unreadable.

Positive:

Based in the center, near Placa Catalunya, ground and underground transport next to the door but quiet enough since the penthouse faces the courtyard. Enough restaurants and tapas bars and many touristic attractions in a walking distance.

Negative:

A few details were missed, especially kitchen amenities like drying towels, salt and pepper shakers, a tea pot, a board to cut bread, etc. This lowers a bit the overall good impression of the penthouse.

We didn't know anything about Barcelona, so we were very excited to learn the location could not have been better! Everything we wanted to do or start from centred on Placa de Catalunya, which was half a block away. It was perfect! Staff was great. We think the location was close to the best restaurants (literally on the same block). Bike rental place, bus tours, shopping, and the famous Las Ramblas all right out the front door. And our pickup for the airport was on-time and professional. I thought we rented the front side with the terrace, but preferred the back unit as it was really quiet and the giant windows allowed you to wake up to the glorious morning sun. The unit felt very spacious and open with lots of natural light. Fantastic!

Negative:

No dislikes. Recommendations for guests staying a week or longer: 1. Shower Soap (only little bar of soap available) 2. A couple laundry detergent tabs (we bought some and left them for the next guest) for those of us that need to wash running gear every couple days 3. Perhaps a secondary storage unit for handing clothes, especially if you have a second couple using the pull out bed (we didn't but if needed the second couple wouldn't have a place to hang their clothes).

The apartment is in a great location. It is very clean and all facilities were of the highest quality. The person who welcomed us at check-in was very nice, answered all our questions and gave us a lot of useful information.

The person who was supposed to come for the check-out process did not arrive. We were not sure whether to wait for him or not and eventually we had to leave to catch a train.
