Extremely friendly and efficient staff, both on the phone and in person. Very clean on arrival -- cleaners are excellent. The location was ideal.
The toilet flush had a problem -- this is a very basic issue that really must be fixed. The shower leaked water onto the floor, possibly because of the way the sliding door was installed..

We were very pleased with the apartment and it was well equipped. We think it was a bit silly that the balcony could not be used because of the large noise from ventilation systems. The apartment was otherwise well soundproofed with regard to the noise from the street. It was centrally located within walking distance to most things. Thanks for the nice days in Barcelona
